Amy Roloff's Chicken Noodle Rollover

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cups chicken soup, homemade or store-bought
  • 1 box pasta, such as penne rigate
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
PREPARATION

Preheat oven to 400F.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Drop the pasta in the boiling water and cook until al dente, according to package directions. Drain the cooked pasta and return to pot. Add soup to pasta and toss to combine. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake until bubbly and warmed through, about 15 minutes.
