Ingredients

  • 4 scallions, both whites and greens, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups Greek-style yogurt
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • A few dashes onion powder
  • A few dashes hot sauce
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1 bag pita chips, for dipping

Yield

Serves: 4 to 6 servings

Preparation

 

 

In medium-size mixing bowl, stir together the yogurt, scallions, lime juice, onion powder, hot sauce, some salt and pepper. Serve with chips and/or pita chips as dippers.
