- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 small jar olives with pimentos, drained well
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Sesame Melba toast
Add all the ingredients except for the Melba toast to a food processor and give it a good couple of zaps until the mixture is nice and smooth.
Place the spread in a bowl and serve with Melba toast alongside.
