- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup basil
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- 1 plain goat cheese log
- 1 box crackers, any kind you like
Roll goat cheese log in the herb-walnut mixture and serve with crackers alongside.
Chop herbs and walnuts together and place on a plate.
