Gina Neely’s Grilled Pineapple Sundae

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 1/2-inch thick slices resh pineapple
  • 4 1-cup scoops no-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 1 cup hulled and sliced strawberries
  • 1/4 cup toasted shredded sweetened coconut flakes
PREPARATION

Heat grill to medium-high heat. Lightly spray the pineapple with nonstick spray. Grill pineapple slices for 3-4 minutes. Place each slice in the bottom of an ice cream bowl, top with ice cream and strawberries. Sprinkle each serving with coconut flakes and serve.
