Aired November 7, 2013 INGREDIENTS 5 tablespoons butter Cracked black pepper 4 tablespoons flour 1 cup natural cranberry juice, reduced to 1/4 cup 1 cup apple cider, reduced to 1/4 cup 1 quart turkey stock PREPARATION Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Whisk in pepper and flour. Add cranberry juice and apple cider reductions and let them cook out, about one minute. Whisk in stock. Raise heat a bit and thicken gravy to lightly coat spoon.
