Ingredients

  • Ice 3 to 4 sprigs of mint 3 ounces passion fruit syrup 3 ounces simple syrup 1.5 ounces lime juice 1 teaspoon brown sugar 3 ounces rum A splash orange juice

Preparation

To a small scoop of ice in a martini shaker, add the mint and another small scoop of ice and shake to “muddle” the mint. Add passion fruit syrup, simple syrup, lime juice, brown sugar, rum and a splash of orange juice. Shake until very chilled and serve in small champagne flutes.
