Ingredients
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
4 pitted dates
1 to 2 tablespoons raw hemp seeds
1 cup kale, washed and chopped
1 overripe banana
1 tablespoon honey 
1 1/2 cup almond milk
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender and enjoy.
