Egg Nog Muffins

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups egg nog 
  • 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
PREPARATION

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Fill a 12-cup muffin tin with paper inserts. In a glass measuring container, measure 2 cups of egg nog and whisk in 1 1/2 cups of self-rising flour.

Pour muffin batter into prepared tins and bake for 18 minutes until golden.
