Ingredients

  • 1 orange, chopped and peeled
  • 1 red grapefruit, peeled and diced
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 cup diced bell pepper (any color)
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
  • 3 tablespoons red onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped cilantro
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Splenda sweetener
  • Whole-wheat pita chips, for serving

Yield

Serves: 2-3 cups

Preparation

Combine all the salsa ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. 
Drain juice and serve with pita chips
