Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats 1/4 cup chunky peanut butter

Yield

Serves: 16 or so small cookies

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a food processor, process oats until coarsely ground.

In a medium mixing bowl, mix peanut butter with ground oats. Using a small portion scoop, scoop out onto a parchment-lined sheet tray. 

Bake for 16 minutes or until light brown on the bottom. Cool completely before eating.
