1.) Eggnog Fake-Out

If you aren’t the classic Eggnog fan, we have a fake-out recipe that tastes just as delicious. Creamy vanilla ice cream is mixed with a cup of bourbon and freshly grounded nutmeg to taste. Mix it all together and pour. Add a cinnamon stick for garnish!

2.) Cider-Soaked Spatchcock Turkey

If you're thinking of making a turkey for your holiday, this Cider-Soaked Spatchcock Turkey is perfect for your meal. The brine has fresh apple cider, thyme, peppercorns, onions, bay leaves and extra virgin olive oil to make this turkey succulent. 

3.) Sweet and Sour ('Agrodolce') Braised Beed Short Ribs with Pink Horseradish Cream

Meaty beed short ribs are dredged in salt and pepper seasoned flour with fresh veggies, garlic, sage and rosemary added to the pot. To add even more flavor, vinegar, wine and porcini are combined and brought to a boil. The braised meat is moist and very tender. Serve over a bed of mashed potatoes and add a dollop of Pink Horseradish Cream for holiday color and flavor.

The sweetness from the jam, the acidity from the vinegar and the spiciness of the Dijon all work in harmony to make this ham your standout dish.

We take a pork shoulder and marinate it in onion, garlic, fresh thyme, oil, apple brandy, fresh orange and lemon zest, fruity wine, chicken stock and Dijon mustard. We finish it by adding Honeycrsip apples and cider. The flavor of this braised pork will overwhelm your taste buds in the best way possible.

21.) Cherry Tomato Shrimp Fra Diavolo

If you’re looking for a new dish for your Seven Fishes meal, try this! Al dente pasta is tossed with butterflied shrimp, fresh cherry tomatoes, shallots, thinly slice garlic, red pepper flakes and flat leaf parsley. This dish bursts with flavor and spice.

22.) Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts Butternut Squash and Chicken Thighs

We love this recipe because it just requires one pan. Simply put all of your fresh and hearty veggies, crushed garlic, olive oil, spices and some lemon for an extra burst of flavor. Pop it out of the oven and a small holiday dinner is served. 

23.) Coffee Rub Cider Brisket

We absolutely love the taste of this delicious Coffee Rub Cider Brisket. With a just a teaspoon of espresso powder, ground all spice, cloves, sage, parsley and thyme this brisket is seasoned to perfection. Added into the pan is cloudy cider, beef stock and root veggies. In a separate skillet, we cook hearty potatoes, crispy apples, leeks and thyme until they’re tender. Sounds amazing, right? That’s because it is.

Not only is the Potato Cake with Onions beautifully presented, it’s mouth-wateringly amazing. Thinly sliced Yukon potatoes are stacked and smothered in clarified butter, seasoned with ground mace and laced with sweet onions.

25.) Roasted Cauliflower Broccoli and Pasta Bake with White Cheddar

It’s hard to explain how amazing these chocolate chip cookies really are. They’re so delicious that we had to beg our resident Cookie Man, Grant to give us his recipe. And luckily, he did! We use all the classic ingredients, of light-brown sugar, butter, semi-sweet chocolate chips and add in old-fashion oats. Once the cookies come hot, out of the oven, sprinkle a little sea salt on top of the cookies. They’re a chewy, salty, sweet goodness that you’ll need a tall glass of milk to wash it down!
