  • 1 ounce bourbon
  • 1 ounce Aperol
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Splash of wheat beer
  • Lemon twist, for garnish

In a pint glass filled with ice, combine the bourbon, aperol and lemon juice. Stir to combine then top with beer and a lemon twist.
