Thanksgiving is upon us, people! Baking pies can mean mega stress, so our resident baking buddy Grant Melton developed three insanely easy, non-pies (well one's a no-bake, so that counts, right?) that even the most baking-challenged will be able to nail. Here's to your sweet, sweet success.

“Pecan Pie” Skillet Cake
This pecan pie is really a skillet cake -- so it looks like a pecan pie but it’s really a cake (you still with us?). The best part is, you can make this a day or two ahead of Thanksgiving, and there’s hardly any cleanup since it’s all made in one cast iron skillet. Score!

Lazy Apple Pie
You can’t have Thanksgiving without apple pie (well… technically you could, but come on now). Store-bought puff pastry makes this dessert a breeze to throw together. You don’t even have to peel the apples (hence, “lazy” apple pie). We’re really not sure what’s better, the fact that it’s so easy to make or the buttery crumb topping. Mmmmm.

Pumpkin Pie Trifle
You’re going to love this one because it doesn’t require you to turn on the oven. Yep, it’s a no-bake pumpkin pie trifle (let the fridge do some work for a change!). Layers of crunchy graham crackers, creamy pumpkin, and cool whipped cream make this the perfect ending to a hearty Turkey Day feast.
