Ingredients

  • 7 dashes Peychaud's bitters
  • ½ ounce St. Germain elderflower liqueur
  • Splash of rosé Champagne
  • 2 slices (wheels) lemon

Preparation

Put bitters and St. Germain into a wine goblet. Fill with ice, top with champagne and stir gently. Garnish with 2 lemon slices.
