John created this take on the Negroni to go with Rach's holiday roast. The cranberry juice, fresh orange juice and rosemary go perfectly with the flavors in her dish. Rach approves, calling the cocktail very beautiful and delicious! (She likes it in part because it's not too sweet.) 

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ ounces gin
  • ¾ ounce Campari
  • ¾ cranberry juice
  • ¾ red vermouth
  • 1 orange wedge
  • 3 to 5 cranberries, for garnish
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary, for garnish

Yield

Serves: 1

Preparation

Combine the gin, Campari, cranberry juice and red vermouth in a rocks glass. Squeeze in the juice from the orange wedge. Add ice and stir to chill. Garnish with the cranberries and rosemary sprig.
