Ingredients

  • ½ cup Aquafaba Mayo
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ lime, juiced
  • Kosher Salt

Yield

Serves: Makes about ½ cup

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and gently mix. Cover and store in a jar with a lid in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
