In a blender or food processor, add strawberries and honey to taste. Purée to smoothie-like consistency and set aside.
Wipe out the blender or food processor and add blueberries and honey to taste. Purée to smoothie-like consistency and set aside.
Pour puréed strawberries, yogurt and puréed blueberries into molds to create red, white and blue layers.
Freeze for 1-3 hours.
