This roasted cabbage by "Family Dinner" host Andrew Zimmern couldn't be simpler or tastier. Roasting at such a high temperature brings out the cabbage's sweetness and nuttiness, and softens the interior while lightly charring the edges. Andrew loves to serve it with his take on Chicken Marbella and Creamy Root Vegetable Puree

Be sure to catch him on Season 2 of "Family Dinner" streaming on discovery+ and the Magnolia app.
