30 Rock's Judah Friedlander is on a one-man-mission to keep America safe and the hilarious star is doing it by going door-to-door in a New York City apartment building with his new book, How to Beat Up Anybody. "We're going to hand out some books, see if people are watching 30 Rock and make sure everyone's apartments are safe and secure!" he explains. His comedic book covers just about any situation you could imagine, from subway safety to looming threats. "I teach you how to beat up ninjas, you know that's become a bigger and bigger problem."

After passing out some books, Judah heads back to the studio to meet Rach and brings along one of his customized trucker hats just for Rachael!
