Meet the personal trainer who proves there are no excuses when it comes to staying in shape. "I'm 90 years old!" says Moe Carson, who is still making sure his clients lift weights and get to the gym. "I think that movement is what keeps us all alive." The spry fitness guru rides motorcycles, works out regularly and encourages everyone to exercise daily, even for just one hour. "It doesn't matter what you do; you can walk, you can ride a bike, you can roller skate, you can swim, you can play tennis - anything - as long as you can move!"
