He gets started with his recipe for the perfect Pork Tenderloin, explaining that the secret to making sure this dish is juicy and flavorful is a combination of brine and an olive oil coating before the meat hits the grill. "The grilling environment is really aggressive," he says, "so you have to moisturize!"
