Alison Sweeney
On Alison Sweeney's first visit to the show, she explained how she involved her son in her own workouts - from doing arm curls with him when he was an infant to going on hikes together when he was a toddler. Now that he's older, Alison is teaching him more about how to keep his body healthy. "We floss together at night and it is so cute teaching him things like that," she says. "Just like eating healthy is a routine, you have to floss, you have to eat right, you have to work out - [it's great] just really helping your kid learn that."
Her job as the host of The Biggest Loser is also rewarding, especially when fans stop her on the street to share how much the program means to them. "It's so fulfilling," she smiles. "It reminds me how much I love my job because I hear people tell me that it inspired them to lose weight or that they're trying to be inspired to lose weight. Sometimes it's not even about weight, sometimes it's just, 'This is my obstacle in life, and watching people overcome their obstacle on The Biggest Loser has helped me, even though my weight isn't my issue.'"
