She has worked with the likes of Patrick Dempsey and screen veteran Meryl Streep, and now, actress Amy Adams can add Christian Bale and Mark Wahlberg to her fellow co-stars. Her new movie, The Fighter, gave her the opportunity to play a different kind of role. “I’m usually playing characters that are a lot more meek,” she explains, “I don’t really get a chance to you know, hit people on screen, so it was kind of fun to get to honor that side of my personality!” In real life, Amy just had her first daughter and Rachael wants to know if her and her husband are ready for baby’s first Christmas. “Uh, I hope that it’ll be fun,” she laughs. “She’ll be more into the wrapping paper I’m sure; she’s into eating paper right now!”
