Only three contestants are left, and the stakes are even higher -- literally! Colby surprises Angie, Pete and Suzanne with a 130-mile helicopter ride to a surprise location -- the Mohegan Sun Resort and Casino in Uncasville, CT. Once they arrive at their destination, Colby gives them their next assignment -- each will contribute one energizing, protein-based meal to a pre-concert buffet for a world-famous singer -- Michael Bublé!
After receiving good luck wishes from the crooner himself, the contestants head to the kitchen to hear the rules of this week's competition. Each will have 45 minutes to not only create a light and fluffy recipe for Michael, but they will also have to navigate through the underground and backstage hallways to deliver the meal to the singer's dressing room. And no trip to a casino would be complete without a little game of chance, so Colby presents the contestants with the "Ingredient Gamble" -- Angie, Pete and Suzanne spin the roulette wheel to determine the main protein they will be using in their dishes:
Pete: Turkey Breasts
Suzanne: Pork Tenderloin
Angie: Ground Lamb
