While you're running and working out at the gym to improve your health and physique, did you know your sneakers may actually be getting in the way on your road to fitness? "I would say about 90 percent of people are completely disconnected ... from their shoes, what’s going on with their feet, what they should be wearing," says celebrity trainer Ashley Bordon. "When you run or walk in the right shoe, or [are] training in the right shoe, it feels like you are standing on a cloud!"
