The actress, who's currently on the big screen in Tooth Fairy opposite Dwayne Johnson, is also getting a master's degree at Harvard and is busy with a charity to help combat the global crisis of unsafe drinking water. "Half of all of the hospital beds in the developing world are filled with people with water-borne diseases, but it's entirely preventable," says Ashley, explaining that a small packet of water purifier costs 10 cents to clean 10 liters of water. "That's only 50 cents [to provide clean water] for a family of four for a month!" Ashley says that the global health organization Population Services International is working with the Red Cross to deliver these packets to the earthquake victims in Haiti.
