Dancing with the Stars' Maksim Chmerkovskiy may be too sexy for his own good -- one lucky audience member spots him right away during a game of Audience Incognito! (Click here to see Maksim go "undercover" before the show.)

Maksim and partner Misty May-Treanor left the competition after she suffered a torn Achilles tendon, but that hasn't stopped him from cheering on his fellow dancers. "I think it's going to be between Brooke [Burke] and Warren [Sapp] in the finals," he predicts. The Ukranian dancer tells Rachael that Warren has a softer side that might surprise a few people. "There was a moment when somebody called him a diva on set -- he's not," Maksim says. "He's a sweetheart, and he has that toughness about him because he has to -- he's a football player. But he loves to dance, genuinely. I don't know if I'm saying too much -- sorry, Warren!"

In addition to choreographing the upcoming Dancing with the Stars tour, Maksim offers to teach one of Rachael's studio audience members to dance ... by the time the show is over!
