Oprah's fitness guru Bob Greene points out that perhaps your goals need to be adjusted. Instead of setting out to lose 10, 20 or 30 pounds, Bob suggests looking at the bigger picture when you approach your workouts: "If you say, 'Overall I want a better life and I'm going to make this little investment in myself every day,' you're going to be successful."
