Bob Greene
If you made a resolution to get in shape this year, Oprah's fitness guru Bob Greene says the secret to reaching your goal may not be what you think! "We all get hung up on the foods," says the founder of The Best Life.com and author of The Life You Want: Get Motivated, Lose Weight and Be Happy. "It’s more about being happy and satisfied, because when you’re happy, you’re way more likely to lace up the sneakers, do what you need to do and choose the right foods!" To help you chose the right foods, he shares his own personal food journal. Get all of his tips below, including his recipes for Vegetable Chili and Shrimp Curry over Quinoa with Pine Nuts
