Inside Bobby Flay's Kitchen
The host of Throwndown! with Bobby Flay gives a private tour of his home kitchen, and tells Rach about the release of his latest book, Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill Cookbook. "I'm so happy about this book," he says. "We opened the original Mesa Grill in New York 17 years ago. I think it's worked out in the right way, because if I wrote this cookbook 17 years ago, the ingredients would have been be a little bit foreign to the home cook. But now it's like, chili peppers and chili powder and blue corn chips -- I mean, we eat blue chips right out of a bag now!"
