Christian and John went from ordinary Boy Scouts to extraordinary heroes when they saw a little girl floating in a lake near their campsite. They pulled her onshore with the help of their dad, and a nurse on site was able to bring the girl back to life.

To acknowledge the young scouts' heroics, Mayor Fahey of Omaha sends two plaques of commendation, and Rachael arranges for NFL legend Emmitt Smith to present them to the boys.

Emmitt tells them: "You have saved an individual's life and you are to be commended for that. When you talk about role models and heroes, people who are heroes in my eyes are the guys and women who our fighting to defend our country...but also young men like these who are saving people's lives."

Along with their awards, the boys each receive a $500 gift certificate from Coleman Outdoor Company to put towards equipment for their troop.
