How do you know if what you're reading in the tabloids is true? Is Angelina Jolie pregnant? Will Jerry Seinfeld be replacing Conan O'Brien? NBC's chief legal analyst Dan Abrams has partnered with "reformed gossip columnist" Michael Lewittes to create a new website called GossipCop.com. The site patrols over 200 websites, TV shows, newspapers and magazines to separate Hollywood gossip into what's real ... and what's rumor. "It's amazing," Dan says about the outrageous stories some publications try to spread. "They're literally inventing this stuff!"

Dan tells Rachael that even he isn't immune to gossip column fodder when they reported that the 43-year-old was dating an aspiring actress 20 years his junior. "This was in a major newspaper," Dan says with amazement. "The whole story was not true! I had friends calling me saying, 'Hey, congratulations!' or 'Hey, you're gross.' I'm getting these responses and I'm thinking, where did they get this from? It's 100 percent invented!"
