It's time to shed wool sweaters, jackets and long pants and embrace the warmer weather, but those lightweight outfits can bring some serious fashion anxiety as you trade winter clothes for the more revealing summer outfits! Rachael asks Gretta to help us all chill out by showing off three ways to embrace some of the hottest trends of the season.

"Can I Wear ... White Pants?" "Every time summer rolls around I'm like, 'This is the year I'm going to find the white pants.' And I never do!" says Anna, 26. "I believe they're only for size 2 or 4 and just not my body type ... when I am in white pants I feel like everything is magnified." Still, she would love to trade her jeans for lightweight slacks and pleads, "is there any way that this full-figured body can wear them?"

There sure is, and Gretta says it all comes down to fit and fabric. "Do not wear white tight - ever!" she warns. "It's just a disaster." She helps Anna find a flowy pair of pants, which are comfortable and flattering. The pants are a double-ply fabric so they're not too sheer, and have no pockets. "They never work," Gretta notes, suggesting you cut out the pockets if necessary.

"Can I Wear ... Tank Tops?" "It's not acceptable to have your arms just all over the place," says Kina, a 37-year-old mother of five who says all of those pregnancies have changed her shape. She's working out, but is still self-conscious about wearing short sleeves. "It might be a while before I have Michelle Obama arms, but until then is there a way that I can wear sleeveless shirts?"

Gretta says split-sleeve tops are the perfect trend to conceal what you want to hide, while offering a lightweight and fashionable look. "It's a little bit of a 70s trend brought back," she says. "Pair it with something lean on the bottom."

"Can I Wear ... Shorts to the Office?" "The summer fashion trend that I love would have to be shorts," says Gianna, a 21-year-old who is thrilled to see so many shorts in stores this year, but is nervous about wearing them to her bridal shop job. "Is it appropriate or inappropriate?"

Gretta says this is definitely the season for trying them out. "You can now because they're making more tailored shorts and you're also able to find shorts at every length," she says, pointing to long shorts with a jacket as the perfect outfit for Gianna's workplace. Just keep an eye on the length to be sure the shorts are office-appropriate. "The range for me professionally is just at the knee and just above," Gretta advises. "Not really shorter than that."
