Cathy Roach, a ninth grade health teacher at MacArthur High School in Houston, TX, found a unique way to motivate her students to make healthy choices and exercise more -- she created a program modeled after TV's The Biggest Loser where the students compete over 18 weeks to see who can get into the best shape -- with the winner walking away with not only $250, but a healthier body!
