Grey's Anatomy star and mom Chandra Wilson is excited for her annual tradition this Mother's Day with her two daughters and her young son. "They always ask me the night before what I want for breakfast and it's always French toast!" Chandra says. She's turning the day into a full weekend of plans, including dinner with her own mom! "It's cute when you sit there with your mom!"

Chandra is also helping kids across the country by delivering quilts to children in Miracle Network Hospitals through the Downy Touch of Comfort - Quilts for Kids program. "We're dealing with children totaling up to about 6 million hospital stays every single year," Chandra says. "Aspiring quilters out there can really get involved and get quilts out to the programs and they definitely get there to the kids; it just melts your heart!"

Over at Chandra's Grey's Anatomy hospital there are rumors that Patrick Dempsey and Ellen Pompeo are leaving after the upcoming finale, so Rachael asks for the scoop! Chandra says that discussion must wait. "You'll have to see the season finale and then I'll have to come back!"
