Supermodel Cindy Crawford is also a supermom to kids ages 7 and 9. "I'm the one who makes sure they get up on time and homework done and bath and bedtime," she tells Gabrielle Reece in the latest installment of her "HoneyLine" series, which highlights how friendships help women juggle the challenges in their lives. When it comes to parenting, Cindy says she's determined to have her son and daughter grow up with good values, even though her career has brought them certain comforts around the house, like housekeepers. "It's kind of like a fake chore to say, 'You have to make your bed.'" she admits. "But as the Midwesterner, I want my kid to be able to make his bed and do his laundry when he goes off to college."

Cindy and Gabby have been friends for 15 years, but female relationships have sometimes been a challenge for Cindy. "I value my women friendships so much, and I understand that what I do could be intimidating for women and turn women off of me," she says. "For a long time, especially when I first started modeling, when I would go out to dinner at night I would put my hair in a wet pony tail and no makeup," says Cindy, who was trying to make other women feel more comfortable about her status as a model. "It took me really until like I would say the last five years where I'm like, 'You know what? This is me and I'm going to own it.'" She's now 42 and maintains a beauty regimen including facials every five weeks and no diets. "It feels like you're either on it or off of it, and so I choose to eat healthy most of the time," Cindy says. "I'm definitely 80 percent good, 80 percent of the time."
