He rules with an iron fist on Hell's Kitchen, but chef Gordon Ramsay admits that sometimes he's outnumbered when it comes to his family - three daughters and a son. "It's a nightmare for the bathroom in the morning," he admits. "Jack and I having to make reservations to get in there. So Jack and I decided we're going to have another boy - I just haven't told my wife yet!"

Gordon joins Rachael in the kitchen to show her how to make Sticky Lemon Chicken, a kid-friendly recipe from his latest book, Fast Food, and then he's got the important task of choosing the winner of the Hey, Can You Cook?! competition!
