As host of HGTV's Over Your Head, Eric Stromer demonstrates that a lot of home improvement projects aren't as difficult as you might think. Eric's first step to doing-it-yourself? Arm yourself with these tools:

• A tool belt -- they look fantastic!

• A power drill -- drilling is simple; just line up the screw and pull the trigger!

• Electricity tester -- use this device to detect the presence of voltage at outlets, lighting fixtures, circuit breakers, wire and cables.

• A 5-gallon bucket with an apron in which you can put all your tools. Most tools get lost in those overstuffed junk drawers, so this will help keep you organized.
