When Dr. Deborah Freeman, a practicing OB/GYN for 27 years, visited her own doctor and was told she was "obese," it was a wake up call that was loud and clear. "I was actually embarrassed!" she admits. "I was thinking, here I am a physician and I'm obese, and I'm trying to tell patients who are obese what to do. I have no credibility -- they're not going to listen to me!" From that point on, Dr. Freeman turned her life around to become a body-building role model to her patients!
