If you buy a box of blueberry pomegranate bran flakes, there's a chance it could be missing two key ingredients: blueberries and pomegranates. "You have to understand that when you look at the front of a package, you're going to see a lot of marketing mumbo jumbo," Dr. Travis Stork, host of The Doctors, explains. "You have to pay attention to the back of the package. There are key words like 'enhance,' 'support,' and typically it will say something after it like, 'enhance heart health,' but that may mean that there's one little ingredient at the end of the ingredient list [that enhances heart health] so be careful of those buzz words."
