Don't cook them in a screaming hot pan; always cook eggs over low to medium-low heat.
Never heat up a nonstick pan without something in it first like oil or butter.
Don't slam the egg to crack it. It's an egg -- tap it!
For more flavor, add frozen butter to scrambled eggs.
Poking the yolk makes it easier to whisk them up.
