"Cooking for Moms"

After feverishly navigating through three brunch stations, the winner of the first challenge is ... Penny! She receives an advantage in the elimination challenge, which Rachael explains will keep everyone focused on Mother's Day. The contestants must create a "BLD," a meal suited for breakfast, lunch or dinner, since families celebrate Mother's Day at different times. They will have 30 minutes to cook and plate a balanced featuring of trio of ingredients, and Penny gets to choose her trio and assign the others:

Penny: ham steaks, tomatoes, and eggs Tim: turkey bacon, eggs, yellow squash Donna: smoked trout, baby potatoes and eggs Tamar: liver sausage, spinach and eggs

The contestants must create four servings of their meal: one for Rachael's culinary staff, and the rest for three of the TV's most beloved mom -- Florence "Mrs. Brady" Henderson, Shirley "Mrs. Partridge" Jones, and Marion "Mrs. Cunningham" Ross! In addition to presentation, good taste, and pleasant smell, Florence has just one request of the meals they will be judging. "I'd like not to see too much blood!" she jokes.
