As a special correspondent for Access Hollywood, Maria Menounos has done countless interviews with some of the biggest names around, but she tells Rachael that one stands out above the rest. "I think for sure my personal favorite interview was one of the biggest interviews I did, and that’s the Obama family," Maria recalls. "It was a huge exclusive, and the kids could not have been more adorable, so for me, that always stands out."

Over the years, Maria says she's acquired a ton of great advice from stars and experts that she has now compiled into her new book, The Everygirl's Guide to Life. "I have women stop me all the time in airports, at the malls, and they’re like, 'How do you do this? ... How did you lose weight? ... How do you get it all done?' And so I just decided to put it all in one book. I have a genuine passion, I love sharing information with women because we should all know the best ways to do things; I’ve had the privilege of learning from so many wonderful women that I’m glad to be able to share it with everyone else."
