Leighton Meester plays Blair Waldorf, Gossip Girl's undisputed queen of mean, but she says the character is far from her real-life personality. "When I meet people I'm like, 'Don't think I'm like that! I'm really nice - I swear!'"

Since the debut of the show three seasons ago, the entire cast has shot to stardom. Leighton, now the global ambassador for Herbal Essences shampoo, is also launching a singing career and snagging some big screen roles including the upcoming country music drama Love Don't Let Me Down with Gwyneth Paltrow and Tim Mcgraw. "It was very fun; we did a lot of cool performances!" says Leighton, who sings in the movie. She also just completed shooting The Oranges with Hugh Laurie, so Rachael asks how the young performer is juggling these projects and Leighton jokes: "I'm not bored!"
