Emmy®-Winning Mystery Taster
Rachael gets her best clue about which leading lady is today's "Mystery Taster" when it's revealed that one of her recent co-stars was James Spader. "Is it Candice Bergen?" asks Rachael. "This is my style icon! You are the most impeccably dressed female on television."
Candice gives the dish on her outfit, which includes her own necklace and a suit she wore on her most recent series Boston Legal. She also helped develop Murphy Brown's trademark style. "I bought many of the outfits myself," she says. The sitcom ran for 10 years, racking up ratings and good friends for the comedic actress. "I miss the camaraderie on the set; I miss the pals because we were very close." She also praises David Kelley, who created Boston Legal. "He's a genius and it just doesn't get any better than when David Kelley writes. I've been very lucky, what can I say?"
Candice took her Sex and the City role to the big screen last year, and Rachael wonders if the actress has plans to return for the sequel. "Can I bribe you with a sandwich and you'll tell me?" Rachael pleads, to which Candice sweetly insists that it's up in the air. "I really don't know, but I'll take the sandwich anyway!"
