We all love to dish about celebrity fashions and compare what the stars are wearing, and no one does it better than Us Weekly's "Who Wore it Best?" column! The editors print side-by-side pictures of celebs who have been caught out on the town in the same outfit. "We don’t want to slam anybody, we’re not doing it to be malicious. It's just, you happen to show up in the same dress and you’re very glamorous, and we want to celebrate that!" says Us Weekly Fashion Director Sasha Morrison. "It's always very glamorous and it's people that you love, and it's usually some kind of dress that you want to covet!" Get the scoop on this popular column as Sasha gives you an inside peek at the process!

Who votes on "Who Wore It Best?" for their poll?
"The interns go out and then they get the numbers from the real people who make the decision about who wore it best. We actually end up polling 100 people. I don't know who wins 'Who Wore It Best?' until the magazine comes out on Wednesday, because I want to be surprised!"

Most frequent names to make the column?
"We have some all-stars that show up a lot, you know, it’s kind of like, 'Oh, there’s Katharine McPhee,' - who we love!" Sasha says, noting the Kardashians have also made repeat appearances. "Anytime we put them in, people have a very strong opinion about whether they love the way that they look or they hate it!"

Who was she most surprised to include in the column?
"It's Sarah Jessica Parker, you know this big icon, shows up at the Sex & the City premiere ... in this Nina Ricci dress and she was specifically told that it has never been worn before," Sasha says, explaining it was photographed at another event around the same time. That's one mishap Sasha did not expect the TV and film star to experience. "She is the fashion icon, this is the reveal that you’re waiting for ... and suddenly it's like, 'Uh-oh!'"

Do stars try to get their pics in the "Who Wore It Best?" column?
"There are show rooms that have clothing in them in LA," Sasha explains, "where designers give you dresses for events and then you send them back. But on the rail, there’s like this little thing that says 'previously worn.' So there are celebrities that specifically go to the rail, take the dress, wear it, because they want to get into the pages of the magazine!" she says, joking, "I can’t name names!"

How do they pick whom to feature?
"We're constantly looking at pictures. We're looking at pictures of people who go out on the red carpet, the colors have to be perfect," Sasha says. "You have to have eye contact, it can't be too dark, you have to be able to see the details." And, they veer away from sloppy outfits. "We don’t want to get, like, an ugly look. We just want something that’s kind of glamorous!"

Her reaction to spotting Rose McGowan in the same sleek dress as Kate Middleton?
"She's the future Queen of England!" Sasha says. "So when I saw that, I said, 'Oh, major! We’re going to put that in! Yeah, it was great!'" Did Kate win the poll? "She really did!"
