Gretta's got four amazing fashion fakeouts for both women and men that can lift, smooth and even prevent that "muffin top" from peeking out over your jeans.

Need a lift? "The iBra lifts all the good stuff that fell down and brings it back up to where it should be," says Gretta. "The bra is also tagless and seamless so you won't even know it's there."

"Girls get to wear heels all the time to give them a few more inches," says Gretta. "So why can't men do it too? I found two styles of shoes (dress loafers and sneakers) that can add 1-2 inches in height using Nike air technology -- and the shoes look just like any other pair."

This fakeout is one of Rachael's favorites because she has a bone to pick with women's jeans. "I own like fifty pairs," says Rach. "And they only fit me well the first time I put them on. Once I wear them again and again, it's never the same." Gretta's got a great fix for her. "These uplifting jeans from Victoria's Secret look like normal jeans," she says, "but they hold a few secrets of their own: a lining that will hold you in and a support in the rear that helps to lift your butt up where it belongs. They also have a little bit of stretch so they'll keep the same shape even when you wash them."
