As the Friends of Rach Thanksgiving Countdown continues, Rachael asks the popular British chef Nigella Lawson if she's had a lot of opportunities to cook Thanksgiving recipes. "In theory," she says, "I shouldn't because of course, part of your Thanksgiving is something that's removed from us and actually doesn't want us there! But, I have a lot of American friends because in London there's a big American community. So I'm often invited and I think that's a really great thing -- whether it's from your country or not, the notion of having a meal where you sit down and you realize how grateful you are for what you have is important."
Nigella shows Rachael a few of her recipes for Butternut Squash with Pecans & Blue Cheese and a Blackberry Crisp.
