The Friends of Rach Thanksgiving Countdown continues when Paula Deen shows Rachael two of her favorite holiday dessert recipes, Pumpkin Gooey Butter Cake and Pumpkin Pecan Pie.

Paula tells Rach the secret to a stress-free holiday -- stick to what you know. "I know what I'm doing on Thanksgiving," she says, "It never varies. I make the same thing." Paula explains that holidays are not the time for culinary experimenting. "Never pick a holiday to show 'em your Julia Childs side," she warns, "because there's a good chance it could be disastrous."
